The problem with Pikachu as a whole (Rant and conclusion)

*Sigh*

I wanted to talk about this for so long.

Everyone in the entire world knows about the mascot of the Pokemon franchise which is Pikachu,

I have an issue with Pikachu, its not that he's the mascot of the entire Pokemon world it's just that Pikachu is getting way too much special treatment ever since the Pokemon series was born.

When Pokemon came to America in September 1998 It took America by storm Pokemon fans appeared all over America and Pikachu was the star of the Pokemon anime and is still today. However there was one Pokemon that stands out from the rest and that was Raichu the final stage of the Pikachu evolution line. Raichu and Pikachu were always seen to be bitter rivals even if their aren't related both Pikachu and Raichu in the anime are shown to be in an on going battle between whose the best. Raichu was represented to be like an eternal rival to Ash's Pikachu no matter what.

In my eyes however I see the Electric mouse family to be like siblings as Raichu was like the big brother that motivates the younger generation to better themselves. While Pichu was introduced in Generation 2 Pichu is like a poster child for baby Pokemon which makes sense when breeding and eggs were introduced.

But things went downhill went Generation 4 came along which introduced an item called the Light Ball.

The Light Ball is an item that doubles the attack and special attack, sounds good no? but only Pikachu can use this item. Also if you breed a Pikachu holding a light ball (or male Pikachu with a light ball) You will get a baby Pichu with the evolution line's signature move, Volt Tackle.

So either Pikachu and Raichu can have Volt Tackle in their move sets. which is fine but Pikachu is seen to be more powerful with the light ball and beneficial nature with Volt Tackle than Raichu's offensive base stat total which makes Pikachu be more of a fast sweeper than Raichu.

Then when the 2nd Generation remakes came around there was a special Pichu event that is a shiny Pichu and the most coolest thing about it was that it activates another event which is a variation of Pichu known as Spiky-Eared Pichu which couldn't be transferred to Generation 5 which is disappointing

So when generation 3 remakes came around another special Pokemon came around but it was only good for contests and it was a Pikachu. otherwise known as Cosplay Pikachu.

Leave Me Alone!

So Pikachu has too much treatment When did Raichu get something special... an Alolan form in the most recent Pokemon games of generation 7 Pokemon Sun and Moon. I love the Alola form of Raichu but it overshadows the Kanto variate of Raichu but whats more worse is that Pikachu gets Z-Stone not one but TWO Z-stones which the 2nd z stone is for an event Pikachu that is based on Red's Pikachu this fact makes the Mascot of Pokemon overshadows even more of Raichu's regional variant. I feel so bad for the guy.

So when will Game Freak make Raichu noticeable again? Only if Raichu gains a mega evolution or some type of buff in the future pokemon games. The only worry is if Pikachu gets a mega stone... Raichu would be more distant from the evolution line. Game Freak make Kanto Raichu more noticeable again for Raichu's sake.

So Depressed....

The most shocking thing that ever happened in Pokemon moon for me

When I first started Pokemon moon I obtained my Litten and decided to catch some Pokemon and I looked at Ren the Litten's summary. HE HAD POKERUS.

Not surprising I got pokerus.

I HAD IT SINCE THE BEGINNING.

Can't find a green Minor

I have found every color of Minor except for green (I don't have the black minor which is a shiny but I'm never gonna hunt for it) WHY IS GREEN SO DIFFICULT FOR ME

The GTS system is a pain

i have problems With the GTS system in the Pokemon games most notabily sun and moon most trainers are asking for legendary Pokemon or Pokemon at insanely high lvls or or lvls like Salamance lvl 10 (I know Salamance can appear in S.O.S chaining) but this is JUST RIDCULOUS. Like ditto is sought after and the legends? Really Most Pokemon are a one time thing unless u use the power saves to clone or duplicate items. And my issues mostly are the Pokemon that evolve from trade holding ITEMS like this type of trade can be a pain to do because you might have to give your best Pokemon for a slowking, Politoad, Magmortar, Electivire, HECK EVEN MILOTIC. I just wish that getting these Pokemon were a lot easier for Pokemon trainers that can use wifi to gain these type of evolution pokemon

Batlte tips and suggestions for Mimikyu

hello everyone I am a new researcher on Pokemon in the alola region.

I'm going to be suggesting battle tips for either causual and compettieve play in online battles

The Pokemon I'm discussing about today is the already most popular ghost fairy type Mimikyu!

         

In all honesty I would say it's a cute and creepy Pokemon with a unique typing and awesome ability Disguise. Which is like a free subisute however I think this abilty could be used to set or to freely attack. but I thought of something that I seem to see that no one has either talked about or used.

What if u use a Pokemon with a subisute (after putting opponent to sleep or whatever) and then baton pass into Mimikyu with a possible speed boost. This would have Mimikyu 2 shields you have to break down one would the subisute and 2nd is Mimikyu's disguise before you can directly damage Mimikyu. This set up Allows Mimikyu to use z move splash which raises attack by 3 stages. Then Mimikyu can either hit hard with 3+ attack boost or to push Mimikyu even further is using sword dance make Mimikyu's attack stat became 5 stages and sweep with destructive force from play rough, shadow sneak or a more easily critical hitting shadow claw. Leech life can work to regain hp if Mimikyu has been damaged. The problem with this move set is that it's a bit trolling but it makes thunder wave which would be still a neat status attack if Mimikyu is being outspeed by other Pokemon be missing from its move set that competitive Pokemon YouTubers use as an option for their Mimikyu competitive battle guides. Also Mimikyu in some circumstances can be annoying but how can anyone hate Mimikyu due to its lonliness?
